Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ParkingHub Denmark mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by ShareHub ApS ("ParkingHub Denmark", "ShareHub", "we", "our", or "us").

Your agreement

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Eligibility

To use ParkingHub Denmark, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account requirements

ParkingHub Denmark may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
